School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk River, Minnesota

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for a caseload of ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) students (ages 3-5)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate regularly with families, teachers, and other related service providers to ensure holistic student support
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records as required by district and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the evaluation and re-evaluation process
- Offer guidance and resources to families to support carryover of skills at home and in the community
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license (required for consideration)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working within schools, particularly with the early childhood population preferred
- Skillful communicator with a collaborative, child-focused approach
- Up-to-date resume required for presentation
Details:
- Contract position, M-F, approximately 37.5 hours per week
- Start date: August 25, 2026 | End date: June 10, 2027
- ECSE 3-5 caseload based in a supportive school environment
