With a manageable caseload of 28 students, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize interventions, track progress closely, and collaborate effectively with fellow educational professionals—all within a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure for speech-language pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, especially elementary grades, preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
  • Ability to deliver engaging, student-centered onsite therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and interventions for primarily 2nd and 3rd grade students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Document student progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and implement evidence-based practices
  • Maintain compliance and confidentiality in all student records and interactions
