Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure for speech-language pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, especially elementary grades, preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
- Ability to deliver engaging, student-centered onsite therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and interventions for primarily 2nd and 3rd grade students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document student progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff
- Contribute to IEP meetings and implement evidence-based practices
- Maintain compliance and confidentiality in all student records and interactions
