Step into a dynamic contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services in a collaborative school setting. This full-time role is available for immediate start and will continue through the end of the school year. The position offers an engaging caseload across several school locations, ensuring varied and rewarding experiences each week.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with diverse student populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions to students in both group and individual settings
- Provide services two days per week at the elementary level in Rancho Cordova
- Spend one day weekly supporting students at an alternative high school and in an 18–22 transition program
- Travel to two elementary schools in Folsom, each served one day a week
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and assessments
- Implement evidence-based practices and adapt programming for a range of speech, language, and communication needs
