Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows; support provided
- Previous experience in school-based settings is appreciated, but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Provide both direct therapy and indirect consultative services
- Address a diverse range of communication challenges, fostering student success
