Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work independently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting for each student
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Provide input on classroom modifications and strategies to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning and evaluation
