This assignment offers genuine flexibility—choose between part-time or full-time, shaping your schedule with support needed 2-3 days each week onsite across two or three local schools for the 2026-2027 school year. With a caseload of 50-55 students, you’ll be providing direct, hands-on support that directly impacts early childhood development.
Requirements:
- SLP-CCC (Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience in schools or pediatrics, particularly Pre-K strongly preferred
- California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and compliance in school-based settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person speech and language therapy to PK students
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate student records
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
- Travel between 2-3 local school sites (one site per day)
