Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children is advantageous
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions targeting established goals
- Diligently track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate seamlessly with other educational professionals to create a cohesive care approach
- Provide support, guidance, and education to families throughout the therapy process
