Qualifications:
- Current and valid Oklahoma SLP License (required)
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
- Strong knowledge of best practices in speech-language therapy for K-12 students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet students’ needs within a school environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services onsite
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school support staff to ensure integrated care and progress tracking
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions when required
