Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Red Rock, Oklahoma

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing pediatric speech and language services, especially in school settings
- Comfortable managing speech therapy caseloads for PreK through 8th grade
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Provide therapy in group and individual settings, adapting methods as needed to support student growth
- Document progress and maintain records per school policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and special education teams to foster student achievement
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions and provide resources to staff and families
