Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment, especially with adolescent or teen populations, is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school staff to support academic achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide consultation and training for faculty and families as needed
