Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP or SLPA license required
- Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting, serving various age groups
- CCC or CFY credentialing preferred for SLPs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with students to support growth in speech, language, and social development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required by educational guidelines
- Support a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for students from varied backgrounds
