School Speech Language Pathologist - Eden Prairie, MN

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Current SLP-CCC credential required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Expertise with high school-aged students a plus
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms desirable
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to the diverse linguistic and developmental needs of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, emphasizing effective communication skills
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
- Conduct assessments to identify, evaluate, and monitor speech, language, and communication disorders
- Engage families and students in the therapeutic process, fostering active participation
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to support student progress and classroom integration
