Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state licensure for practicing Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates welcome; supervision available for Clinical Fellows
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Passion for fostering student progress through evidence-based intervention
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals
- Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting to students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support personel
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
