Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) State License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Educator Certificate, or ability to obtain
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood caseloads
- Confidence in supervising and supporting an SLPA
- Preference given for in-person availability; hybrid options considered if able to provide in-person SLPA supervision at least three days a week
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct SLP services to a caseload of 50-55 early childhood students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Supervise and collaborate with an assigned SLPA onsite
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as an advocate for students and families
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators, administrators, and parents
- Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation
