Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for New York
- ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome—support for CFs available
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based therapy for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
