Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Holds or is eligible for SLP licensure and appropriate credentials (CCC or CFY).
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students (K-4).
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, support staff, and families.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to a K-4 caseload within a single school site.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans and IEP goals.
- Consult with teachers and families to support student success in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
- Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with the educational team on student support strategies.
