School Speech Language Pathologist - Dundalk, Maryland

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required
- Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small group speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments to determine eligibility and progress
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and insights
- Maintain accurate records, document services, and write clear progress reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and related service providers to support student success
- Stay updated with best practices through ongoing professional development
