Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP
  • Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress, evaluations, and therapy sessions
  • Liaise with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and facilitate effective communication
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute expertise to support a positive and inclusive school climate
