Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, evaluations, and therapy sessions
- Liaise with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress and facilitate effective communication
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development opportunities
- Contribute expertise to support a positive and inclusive school climate
