The schedule provides structure and predictability: elementary hours run from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm, while secondary positions follow a 7:30 am to 3:00 pm duty day. The caseload consists of approximately 55 student contacts per week, allowing you to make a meaningful difference while maintaining effective service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; clinical fellows considered
  • Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience is strongly desired
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation
  • Ability to effectively serve a diverse range of elementary and/or secondary students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
  • Offer consultative support and strategies to classroom staff
