Speech Language Pathologist in Rising Sun, MD
Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide contract services in both elementary and secondary school environments. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students across various grade levels, working closely with educators and families to support communication and language development.

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience delivering services in school settings for either elementary or secondary students (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of around 55 student contacts per week
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school support staff
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise on student progress and goals
- Provide services during the school day, following these schedules:
- Elementary: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
- Secondary: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
