Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility
  • Previous experience in school settings—elementary and/or secondary preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students reach their highest potential

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 55 students per week
  • Complete thorough assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ goals
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and staff development opportunities
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of elementary and secondary-aged students

Work Schedule:

  • Elementary duty day: 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM
  • Secondary duty day: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Full-time, contract position aligned with the academic calendar
