Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active Maryland SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Comfortable providing services fully onsite, with flexibility for hybrid scheduling considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored speech-language therapy to students ages PreK–12, addressing a variety of communication disorders
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and support IEP processes
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student growth and participation in the classroom
- Maintain thorough records and partner with school stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community
