What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) eligibility
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with diverse communication needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and students
- Self-motivation to thrive in a hybrid (on-site and virtual) work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine speech and language needs for K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEP-based treatment plans
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy, both onsite and virtually, as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reporting
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language services
