Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Recent experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students ages PreK–12
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to student IEPs
- Provide both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) direct services as appropriate
- Maintain consistent progress monitoring and detailed documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing consultative support for educators and families
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to school-based SLP practice and technology
