Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based SLP experience or knowledge of IEP processes preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Enthusiasm for engaging with students, educators, and families to support learning goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in person, via teletherapy, or both, according to students’ needs
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in regular team meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute actively to a positive learning environment
