Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and ASHA CCC required
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Comfortable working with students displaying aggressive behaviors and/or autism; ABA or behavioral strategies background a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite support teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to a K-12 center-based caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Employ evidence-based strategies, particularly for students with aggressive behaviors or autism
