Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in school settings or with elementary-aged children is a plus
- Ability to travel between two nearby locations as needed
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, document services provided, and maintain communication with school staff and parents
- Promote an inclusive, supportive, and responsive environment for diverse learners
