Speech Language Pathologist in West Chester, PA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for student success
- Provide support and resources for educators and families regarding speech and language development
