Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan SLP License
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Proficient with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and student records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary discussions
