Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan SLP license
- Eligible for, or possess, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level
- Comfortable providing teletherapy services, as well as in-person support
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions to students with speech or language impairments
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress
- Offer both direct and consultative services to foster student success
- Utilize teletherapy as appropriate to provide flexible access to care
