Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Dover, Pennsylvania

Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist Certification (PA SLP Cert)
- Valid PA teaching certification
- Previous experience or interest in pediatrics and school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat K-12 students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain meticulous documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource to school staff on matters of language and communication development
