Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathology license or certificate (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience working with student populations in grades K-12 preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches based on students’ age and individual needs
- Commitment to positive outcomes and equity for all learners
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to address communication challenges
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
