Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric/ school-based therapy
- Proven communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers and families
- Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain accurate records
- Foster students’ social and academic growth by targeting communication goals
- Engage in a three-day-a-week schedule, balancing impactful work and personal exploration
