Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP services to a caseload of approximately 41 students, delivering individualized and group interventions
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language development, strategies, and accommodations
- Support students across four school buildings, with occasional travel between locations
