Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) eligibility.
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students per IEP requirements.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor student outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
