Key Requirements:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Possession of (or candidate for) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, especially within school settings
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Knowledge of developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Role Highlights:
- Serve a diverse caseload of approximately 45–55 elementary students
- Deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapy for speech and language disorders
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with district and state educational requirements
- Partner closely with classroom teachers to integrate speech-language goals into daily academic activities
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences to support student success
- School hours are 8:50 a.m. to 4:10 p.m., maintaining a clear and consistent schedule
