You will manage a caseload of 45-55 students, collaborating with faculty and families to ensure each child receives the individualized support they need.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or applicants completing Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcome
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for students in grades K-5
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services during elementary school hours (8:50 a.m. - 4:10 p.m.)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development as required
