Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current CFY status
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in pediatrics, school-based settings, or elementary-aged children is highly valued
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach and effective communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Carry a manageable caseload of approximately 45-55 elementary students, supporting their speech and language development
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy sessions during school day hours (8:50 a.m. - 4:10 p.m.)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Actively contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
