Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision available
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
- Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Familiarity with IEP systems; training provided if needed
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with school staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to eligibility/IEP paperwork
- Engage with parents/guardians to support student progress
- Flexibility to travel between school sites as needed (travel compensated)
- Indirect/admin hours and paid team meetings included
