Middle School High School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Rochester, NH

What we’re seeking:
- Valid New Hampshire SLP license (required)
- Background in providing services in school settings is strongly preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Skilled in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Ability to organize caseloads, manage documentation, and maintain communication with families and staff
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to address a diverse range of needs
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Support and educate teachers and parents on strategies to reinforce speech and language goals in the classroom and at home
- Collaborate with special education teams and participate in relevant meetings as needed
