Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, maintaining detailed documentation and regular communication with parents and teachers
- Facilitate group and one-on-one sessions as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student needs
- Offer staff and family education and resources on communication strategies
