Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting, especially with adolescents, is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt approaches to meet varied learning and communication needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 21 middle school students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals in alignment with IEP requirements
- Deliver therapy using evidence-based practices, both individually and in group sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support comprehensive student development
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student success
- Engage with the school community and professional development opportunities
