School Speech Language Pathologist - Derby, KS

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid State SLP license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage varying caseloads and adapt in a school environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Proficient with multi-disciplinary teams and familiar with IEP processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, in-person speech and language therapy to students, following best practice and IEP goals
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Adjust strategies based on student needs, school assignments, and caseloads (more information will be provided by August 1st)
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
