- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct speech-language therapy to students
- Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines
- Engage in interdisciplinary meetings with staff and families to support students' communication goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
