Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Berrien Springs, Michigan

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible SLP license in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Experience in pediatric and/or school environments is advantageous
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions that address each student’s specific needs
- Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide resources and strategies for classroom integration
