Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students, addressing a variety of communication needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress and foster inclusive learning environments
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for student progress and service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Effectively manage a school-based caseload, working onsite for 22.5 hours each week across three regularly scheduled days
