Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, IL

Qualifications:
- Current Illinois licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- PEL (Professional Educator License) required
- SLP-CCC highly preferred; strong SLP-CFs are welcome for consideration
- Experience or comfort working with school-aged populations (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate flexibly with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for student progress
- Collaborate closely with staff, parents, and community partners
- Adapt services to meet the unique needs of students at different grade levels
