Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Davenport, Florida

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- Current Florida SLP license
- Experience in school settings, preferably with middle school-aged students
- Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and those with a strong background in pediatric or healthcare-based SLP
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual student needs
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy services
- Maintain ongoing communication with families, teachers, and school teams to monitor progress
- Complete documentation and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
