QUICK SUMMARY
ProCare Therapy is hiring a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Danville, Virginia, for an immediate assignment running through May 21, 2027. This position features a K-12 caseload and involves providing therapy across multiple school sites within the local district. Both experienced therapists (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide Therapy: Deliver targeted speech and language interventions to a diverse K-12 student population.
* Evaluate & Assess: Conduct comprehensive communication evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
* Manage IEPs: Develop, write, and monitor progress on student Individualized Education Programs.
* Travel Locally: Commute reliably between assigned district school sites during the work week.
* Collaborate: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support student success.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
* Licensure: Active or eligible SLP license for the state of Virginia.
* Credentials: Open to CCC-SLP and Clinical Fellows (CFY).
* Transit: Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle for multi-site travel.
