ProCare Therapy is hiring a full-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract position in Washington. This is a 100% remote teletherapy role offering a stable schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, starting immediately and running through June 17, 2027. You do not need to be a Washington resident to apply, but candidates must possess an active Washington SLP license and a valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Virtual Therapy: Deliver high-quality speech and language interventions remotely via a secure teletherapy platform.
* Distance Assessments: Conduct comprehensive, virtual communication evaluations and diagnostic screenings.
* Online IEP Management: Write, manage, and track progress on student Individualized Education Programs digitally.
* Remote Collaboration: Partner closely with onsite school staff, teachers, facilitators, and parents via video and email.
* Compliance: Maintain accurate, secure, and timely digital documentation in accordance with state and district standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
* License: Active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Washington.
* Certification: Active Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate is strictly required.
* Residency: Open to out-of-state applicants (Washington state residency is NOT required).
