- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current and valid licensure as an SLP in Texas (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children

- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills using standardized assessments
