Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on student progress and service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Educate teachers and family members on supporting students’ speech and language goals
