Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license required for Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Prior experience in a school-based setting ideal, new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group settings

- Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation and compliance records
- Provide training and resources to staff and families to promote language development
